Measure around the fullest part, across chest points, keeping the tape horizontal.
WAIST
Measure around the narrowest part (typically the small of your back and where your body bends side to side), keeping the tape horizontal.
HIP
Measure around the fullest part of your hips keeping the tape horizontal.
CENTRE BACK SLEEVE
Measure straight from centre back neck to shoulder point, and from shoulder point to wrist with the arm in a relaxed position.
INSEAM
Measure from top of inside thigh to bottom of ankle, while standing with straight legs.

"These mittens are warm if that’s the primary thing you’re looking for. A couple things to note - if you wear liners or like a mitten leash there’s not really a place to attach them. A built in loop would be nice, I made a hole trough the tag to attach mine. Also if you get the navy, it’s more of a bright navy. I bought them to match my HH jacket and bib that are both navy but the middens don’t match"
