WAIST
Measure around the narrowest part (typically the small of your back and where your body bends side to side), keeping the tape horizontal.

Measure around the fullest part of your hips keeping the tape horizontal.
CENTRE BACK SLEEVE
Measure straight from centre back neck to shoulder point, and from shoulder point to wrist with the arm in a relaxed position.

"Purchased this garment in Small size about a week ago. It’s very well made. Not too warm, although warmer than I thought. But still great. Much better than Patagonia, which is very expensive for the quality. My one critique is it really fits big, especially around the chest and waist. I’m 5’ 9”, 125 lbs, and you could fit two of me in here. Definitely not slim. Classic “boat coat” feel, but not as warm as an actual boat coat. I would easily order a size down, though they don’t make XS in this model. But will last long if taken care of, and the zippers and pockets are great. Chest pocket fits an iPhone 16 Plus with room to spare."
