Measure around the fullest part, across chest points, keeping the tape horizontal.
WAIST
Measure around the narrowest part (typically the small of your back and where your body bends side to side), keeping the tape horizontal.
HIP
Measure around the fullest part of your hips keeping the tape horizontal.
CENTRE BACK SLEEVE
Measure straight from centre back neck to shoulder point, and from shoulder point to wrist with the arm in a relaxed position.
INSEAM
Measure from top of inside thigh to bottom of ankle, while standing with straight legs.

"Good midlayer that fits perfectly. Went with the blue and to my surprise it was sort of what i was looking for, not to mention 1/2 price. Color is darker then picture but i like it. Five foot nine and 175 pounds went with large not to loose or baggy looking on me, perfect midlayer fleece made with quality."

"I really enjoy using this midl ayer even for everyday use such as at work, walking my dog and most specifically under my shell jacket when skiing. Fits a little tight but I enjoy the pocket on my chest. Great quality."

"This is an excellent midlayer. I bought it for skiing and it was perfect. Warm enough when the weather was cold and you could open the zip to release heat with the current Spring like skiing conditions. The odour control properties of the merino wool were incredible.
