CHEST
Measure around the fullest part, across chest points, keeping the tape horizontal.
WAIST
Measure around the narrowest part (typically the small of your back and where your body bends side to side), keeping the tape horizontal.
HIP
Measure around the fullest part of your hips keeping the tape horizontal.
CENTRE BACK SLEEVE
Measure straight from centre back neck to shoulder point, and from shoulder point to wrist with the arm in a relaxed position.
INSEAM
Measure from top of inside thigh to bottom of ankle, while standing with straight legs.

"Terrible Fit. I've bought 4 of them a couple of years ago and it was time to replace them with new ones. The new ones are so tight that they fit like 2 sizes down. Then I've ordered a size bigger and there were no difference in the fit that I could feel between Medium and Large. (I'm 170 cm 75 kg) Both time, I've to pay for transport. I lost too much money for a product I used to tell everybody that it was the best. Really disappointed of the quality control."

"Nice comfortable fabric, good choice of colours, good fit. Have been using these base layers for years - the latest fabric is an advance over earlier generations. Now have examples in red, green, black and two shades of blue. It is my daily wear for at least half the year and packs down really small. The best there is."

"This is a super cool-and-dry base layer. I now have 4 of these and the first one I bought is now 10 years old and still perfect. I used to wear them under my motorbike jacket to stay cool while riding in southern Europe in summer and I also wear them in colder weather under the HH Lifa-Merino base layers which are also fantastic and I have 4 of those too! I’m 1m95 (6’ 5”) and the sleeve and body length of these base layers are perfect for tall people! Highly recommended."
