Designed with sailors in mind, the Crew Sun Hat is ideal for any outdoor activity where you want to be protected from the sun.

With its wide-brimmed edge, the hat offers enhanced sunlight protection, and its plastic trim helps avoid corrosion from saltwater. When the brim isn’t needed, you can use the snap fasteners on the side to stow the brim away. The chin strap is adjustable to make a secure fit and prevent the hat from flying off during high winds.

"I have a large head and this hat is still oversizes. So yes there is an adjustable strap but then it is gathered and not a snug fit, and it therefore doesn't look great. It would also be better, given that it is meant to be a sun hat, if the brim was stiff enough to keep its shape."

Does the job!

"I've enjoyed having both the head tie and chin strap for keeping the hat on my head while sailing in 20-25kn+ of wind. Being able to snap the edges up or leave them down has been excellent. It's very comfortable and I often forget I have it on my head. But no matter how good a hat is, you'll still bump your head on things if you have one on!"

"Well it doesn’t look great on my head (more a head issue than a hat issue), but I use it daily for outdoor work and play. Provides excellent sun and wind protection,‘is comfortable and doesn’t turn me into a sweat box. Well done HH. Love this hat!"
