Measure around the narrowest part (typically the small of your back and where your body bends side to side), keeping the tape horizontal.

Measure straight from centre back neck to shoulder point, and from shoulder point to wrist with the arm in a relaxed position.

"LOVE this vest!! I got it in White - size Small. I am a women’s size 4, 5’7”, and weight 132lbs. I wear a 36D and the fit is very flattering. I wore it with a long sleeve LIFA Merino Midweight Crew Base Layer top and it was very comfortable for the cooler (50’s/60’s) weather and looked very classic! The quality is excellent, as per HH form! I definitely plan to get other colors in this in the future. Looks great with leggings!"

The Perfect Vest!
"I really, really like this vest!! The fit is perfect. I am 5'3" and short waisted and it hits me just perfectly. Not too long in the back, not too short. In the front! The fabric is wearing well and as somebody that is very active outdoors with horses and the daily running of a small retirement equing. Farm, I'm hard on my vests and coats! I have washed them several times now since purchasing, and they are holding up very, very well! This garment is a quality product inside and out!"
