Measure around the fullest part, across chest points, keeping the tape horizontal.
WAIST
Measure around the narrowest part (typically the small of your back and where your body bends side to side), keeping the tape horizontal.
HIP
Measure around the fullest part of your hips keeping the tape horizontal.
CENTRE BACK SLEEVE
Measure straight from centre back neck to shoulder point, and from shoulder point to wrist with the arm in a relaxed position.

"I’m on my 6th set of these neck warmers. I tried many different types but this one stands out perfectly in quality and looks. It’s light weight even when wet. I bought the black, blue and green ones. It’s real warm in -25 Celsius degrees weather, sure these will get damp but they do keep up with warm temp when worn."

"Soft and comfortable. The length is good so you can cover your mouth and nose on cold days. Only negative is the location of the Polartec label on one end that is stitched to go around the rim. It's not a soft label and it's a scratchy feeling on the corners putting the neck warmer on. So I took the label off using an Xacto knife."
