Measure around the narrowest part (typically the small of your back and where your body bends side to side), keeping the tape horizontal.

Measure straight from centre back neck to shoulder point, and from shoulder point to wrist with the arm in a relaxed position.

Great fleece jacket
"Wonderful jacket. The fabric and construction is top quality. Be aware this jacket is cut to be tight against the body. It does not leave a lot of room for a vest or layering. Same for the sleeves. You can’t wear a sweater or a heavy shirt and have room in the sleeves. The outside of the jacket is a smooth silky finish that will not pill."
