Measure around the fullest part, across chest points, keeping the tape horizontal.
WAIST
Measure around the narrowest part (typically the small of your back and where your body bends side to side), keeping the tape horizontal.

Measure straight from centre back neck to shoulder point, and from shoulder point to wrist with the arm in a relaxed position.

A good jacket for shoulder seasons
"This jacket is a good compromise with light layering of your core plus the flexible breathability of your arms to wear in dry, moderately cooler weather typically found in the shoulder seasons. The pockets are decently sized and are strategically placed. The fit is slightly smaller than standard, more like athleticly closer to your body than found in other HH products. Be aware that the materials are not waterproof nor water resistant."
