Conditions
1.1 When you join the Helly Hansen and Db Journey newsletters by completing the entry form via the competition link, you consent to receive promotional and other marketing communications from Helly Hansen and Db Journey (including electronic messages for an unlimited period of time). You may opt out at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions included in each communication.
1.2 This promotion is conducted by Helly Hansen Australia Pty Ltd (the Promoter) in collaboration with This Way Out Pty Ltd, the distributor of Db Journey in Australia.
1.3 Entry is open to residents of Australia and New Zealand aged 18 years or over. Only one entry per person is permitted.
2.0 Eligibility
2.1 Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, This Way Out Pty Ltd, Db Journey, and associated agencies and companies are not eligible to enter.
3.0 Entry Requirements
3.1 To enter, participants must:
3.1.1 Follow the competition link
3.1.2 Complete the entry form in full
3.1.3 Consent to receive marketing communications from Helly Hansen and Db Journey
3.2 Entries must be submitted in the entrant’s own name and must be complete to be valid.
3.3 Only one entry per person is permitted. Multiple entries may result in disqualification.
4.0 Promotional Period
4.1 The promotion commences on 16 May 2026 and closes on 24 August 2026. Entries received after this time will not be accepted.
5.0 Prize Draw
5.1 The draw will take place on 31 August 2026 at the Promoter’s premises at Unit 5/16–22 Cross Street, Brookvale, NSW 2100.
5.2 Winners will be selected by random electronic draw. All valid entries will have an equal chance of winning.
6.0 Prizes
6.1 Two (2) winners will be drawn.
6.1.1 Prize 1 – Helly Hansen Prize Experience A $1,000 AUD Helly Hansen online voucher, enabling the winner to select products from the Helly Hansen range. Value: $1,000 AUD. Voucher redeemable online only.
6.1.2 Prize 2 – Db Journey Travel Pack Includes: 1 x Snow Roller Pro 70L, 1 x Hugger Roller 60L, 1 x Hugger Backpack 25L. Total value: $1,480 AUD.
7.0 Total Prize Pool
7.1 Total prize pool value is $2,480 AUD (incl. GST).
8.0 Prize Conditions
8.1 Prizes must be redeemed within three (3) months of the draw date.
8.2 Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.
8.3 If a prize is unavailable, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute it with a prize of equal or greater value.
8.4 If a winner does not claim or redeem their prize within the required timeframe, the prize may be forfeited.
9.0 Winner Notification
9.1 Winners will be notified by email within two (2) business days of the draw.
9.2 If a winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within a reasonable timeframe, the Promoter reserves the right to conduct a redraw.
10.0 Promoter
10.1 The Promoter is Helly Hansen Australia Pty Ltd of Unit 5/16–22 Cross Street, Brookvale, NSW 2100.
10.2 This Way Out Pty Ltd is not responsible for the administration of the promotion and accepts no liability in relation to the competition.
11.0 General
11.1 Entry into the competition is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
11.2 The Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
11.3 The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected entries.
12.0 Privacy
12.1 By entering this competition, entrants consent to their personal information being collected by the Promoter and shared with Db Journey for marketing purposes.
12.2 Entrants may opt out of marketing communications at any time.
13.0 Liability
13.1 Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes any rights under applicable consumer law in Australia or New Zealand.
13.2 To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not liable for any loss, damage or injury suffered in connection with the promotion or use ofthe prize.
