- Styles marked with the badge ‘FRENZY2023’ will be automatically discounted at checkout.
- Marked price discounted at time of checkout.
- Frenzy Sale 2023 valid Tuesday 16th May (7am AEST) 2023 until Thursday 18th May (11:59 pm AEST).
- Strictly no sale prices will be retroactively applied to orders made outside the Frenzy Sale designated time.
- Promotional discount codes are not valid on sale items unless otherwise stated.
- Promotional codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount codes unless otherwise stated.
- In the event Helly Hansen is unable to fulfil the stock requirements of an order, we reserve the right to refund the purchase price.
- All colour variants of a style may not be eligible. Select the individual colour swatches on the product page to update the offering.

RETURN OF SALE ITEMS
All items returned in line with the returns policy will be refunded as per the policy. Please note that returns are at the cost of the consumer unless there is a fault with the order, and the time to receive and process returns could take a little bit longer than usual over the next 6 weeks.
We can’t facilitate exchanges, however, happily provide refunds. We encourage you to return your garment(s) and to re-purchase the correct size(s) as soon as possible due to high sales volumes and return processing times. Subject to style and size availability.
WE OFFER A 30-DAY RETURN POLICY AT HELLYHANSEN.COM.AU
If you are not satisfied for any reason, with your product(s) purchased online (via this site) that are unused, with tags attached, and in a saleable condition, you can return it to us within 30 days of receiving it. We will issue you a full refund for the price you paid for returned item(s), excluding shipping.
HOW TO RETURN A PRODUCT
To return a product, please contact us via email HERE.
- We will provide you with a return authorisation number and postal address.
- Post your items and please hold on to your proof of postage.
- Returned items will be processed within 72hrs of receiving them.
- You will receive an email notifying you that your refund request has been issued to your banking institution.
ITEMS MAY BE RETURNED IF
- The products are unwashed and unused (you can of course try the item on for fit)
- The product is in its original undamaged packing (a carefully opened package is fine)
- All tags are attached
- The product is complete (e.g. both items of a pair must be returned)
- You have kept your proof of postage in case the return is lost in transit
